- What is held in RAM when a computer is running? 3 marks
- Tom's computer is running slowly, so he decides to install more RAM. Explain how this will affect the usage of virtual memory and the consequent performance of his computer. 2 marks
- Explain the use of cache memory and the role it plays in improving processing speeds 3 marks

- What is Flash Memory? Write this down in your books and give examples
