7W7 - First Spreadsheet Lesson

L/Os: To develop spreadsheet key skills using challenges Outcome: To have a better understanding of spreadsheets

Starter - 15 minutes

1. Log in to your Wildern email with your username and password - remember the shortcut: mail.wildern.hants.sch.uk
2. Click on this link --> CLICK HERE
3. Download and save the spreadsheet from this location using the instructions on the right ------------------------------------------>
4. Open the spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel
5. Complete The Wizards Challenge!

Main - 40 minutes

We are going to create a Unit 1 folder together.

Create a new folder inside your year 7 folder like so:

Sites > ICT > Year 7 > Unit 1

Once you have completed the challenge, save the spreadsheet in your folder.
