Starter - 10 minutes
Log into your Wildern Email and open your blog in Blogger. Create a new blog post outlining the following points for your 3D Hero and Villain Character Designs:
Name
Gender
What do they look like
Human / Animal / Mythical
What do they wear
Example for villain:
Name Mr Sticky
Gender Male
What do they look like Evil frog covered in warts
Human / Animal / Mythical Animal
What do they wear Nothing - they are amphibian
**Do not close Blogger as you will need it at the end of the lesson
Task 1 - Design Your Hero
Draw you hero on paper. Draw them from the front , the side and the back
Annotate pictures explaining clearly what it will look like in 3D.
Draw the different sides of the character (side, back, front etc)
Task 2 - Design Your Villain
Draw you villain on paper. Draw them from the front , the side and the back
Annotate pictures explaining clearly what it will look like in 3D.
Draw the different sides of the character (side, back, front etc)
Task 3 - Feedback
Work with a test buddy to give each other feedback about your character designs
Annotate your designs to explain how you would change them based on the feedback you have been given
Extension Task
Set yourself 3 targets of what you would like to achieve next lesson with your character designs. Blog these targets.

Extension Task
Create a banner for your ePortfolio using either Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Fireworks. Remember that you will not have my help - so which one can you use independently??
- Open your choice of software
- Select 'File - New'
- Set your document up to be 800 pixels x 100 pixels
- Get designing!!!
- Once you are finished, save it inside your D204SPB folder and try adding it to your ePortfolio... Open your template in Adobe Dreamweaver and add the banner to it (Go to 'Insert - Image')
